Navy is a staple in my wardrobe from summer to winter because this color is so rich! In the winter months, I keep it tonal by relying on tights to enrich my navy based look. The dress I’m wearing here keeps me warm & comfortable in french terry and the pretty soutache detail kicks it up a notch. Wear it now layered up (with navy tights) and wear it later by throwing it on with flats or wedges bare legged. Simplicity bliss.
