If you’re looking for a jacket substitute with major layering potential, a cape really works! The unique aspect of this heather gray cape it that it has many of the touches you would expect from a jacket; namely, a collar, plenty of buttons and waist definition thanks to a self belt. I chose to pop it over a floral jersey dress with suede boots to create an easy going feel. Did you notice that my Design-her Gals IPad sleeve features me in yet another creative cover-up? I couldn’t resist adding it to my shots since the fringed pink shrug is also totally on trend :).
