On to the next one … lace! This ultra girly trend is fabulous in both separates and dresses. For this combo, I accentuated the feminine vibe by choosing a silhouette with a peplum. A peplum really draws the eye to your waist, so the lace is the focus. Keep your accessories minimal so they don’t compete (except a printed bag, of course)!

Cute top! Question, is it pretty long? I have a longer torso and find that peplums hit me at an odd spot, accentuating my hips more than I’d like (I’m super petite on top, and wider on the bottom, like a pear). It looks like a nice fitting one, and a great color!
Thank you! The top is not super long – I find that most with peplums do run shorter but I do love that this one is more fitted through the body. I totally know what you mean, though – they can be very tricky.
